Sigh...it has been deja vu all over again this spring and summer. Tornado ripped through the Diva's domain last night (no injuries, my disco-tech is undamaged, but damage in other parts of the city) of greater concern: the same storm destroyed much of the small town of Chapman (fatalities are being reported) and wrecked havoc in my favorite spot on the planet: Manhattan. Damage is estimated to be over 20 million dollars on campus alone; other parts of Manhattan also suffered damage. The governor will declare my town, Chapman, Fort Riley and Manhattan as disaster areas.
